Financial Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon. A consultation fee of $100 is due at the time of booking a consultation with our provider. Cancelled or rescheduled consultations are subject to our cancellation policy. Effective May 2026, Primeaux Clinique returned to a physician-led operations under a single published fee schedule. We do not negotiate fees, honor unauthorized promises from former contractors, or offer individualized discounts tied to prescriptions. Patients experiencing financial hardship may apply under our uniform Financial Hardship Policy based on federal guidelines.
Payment
Optional Treatment Plan Fee
At patient's request, certain treatment programs may include recurring monthly, quarterly, or periodic billing. By opting for installment payments instead of settling your account if full, you authorize recurring ACH charges until total invoiced for your treatment plan is settled in full in accordance with your agreement. A credit card will be held in file and charged when ACH payments are missed with a $20 late payment charge added to the unpaid installment amount.
Due to the nature of medical services and prescription medications, refunds are not available once services are rendered or medications are processed or shipped. Primeaux Clinique is not responsible for medications shipped to the wrong address or deliveries that are made when addressee is not home. Confirmation of shipping address and availability to receive delivered medications at address on file are a firm condition of payment for ordered services/medications/treatments.
Refund Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the deposit made to book the consultation. Please call our office directly for any rescheduling needs due to emergencies and other unforseen circumstances occuring with less than 24 hour notice.

Once processed, prescription and custom orders may not be canceled or refunded.
Insurance
Primeaux Clinique is a cash-pay practice unless otherwise stated. Certain insurance covered services like lab tests may be billed to a qualified insurance plan. Patients are responsible for understanding any reimbursement eligibility. HSA funds are accepted.
Financing
Third-party financing options are not available at our clinic.
